PEACH PIE 
5 or 6 med. peaches, peeled and sliced very thin
3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
3 tbsp. peach Jello
1 c. Sprite or 7-Up
Baked pie shell, cooled

Mix sugar and cornstarch in saucepan. Add Sprite, cook until thick, cool. Slice peaches very thin, fold into cooled sauce. Pour into cooked and cooled pie shell - top with Cool Whip.
