PEACH PIE | |
Single pie crust, unbaked About 5 peaches, peeled and halved 1 c. sugar 1/4 c. butter 1/3 c. flour Crumb together the sugar, butter and flour. Place half of crumb mixture in the pie shell. Place peeled and halved peaches cut side down on sugar mixture. Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top and sprinkle lightly with water. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 30 minutes longer. |
