PEACH PIE | |
9" prepared pie shell 1 lg. can peaches, halved or peeled fresh peaches 1 egg or egg yolks 2 tbsp. flour 2/3 - 1 c. sugar 1/3 c. melted butter Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine and blend well egg or egg yolks, flour, sugar and melted butter. Place the peaches cut side up in pie shell. Pour mixture over peaches and bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees, then reduce heat to 300 degrees and bake about 50 minutes longer. Serve hot or cold. |
