GERMAN APPLE PIE 
2 eggs

Beat eggs until foamy.

1 c. sugar

Lay aside.

6 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. baking powder

Fold into egg mixture.

1 c. diced apples
1 c. chopped nuts
2 tsp. vanilla

Put in 9 inch pie plate greased with Crisco. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes until brown. Cool in refrigerator overnight or 2-3 days ahead, or freeze.
