GERMAN CHOCOLATE PIE 
1 pkg. German chocolate
1 stick butter
1 lg. can evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1/8 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/3 c. coconut
1/2 c. chopped pecans
2 pie shells, (9 inch unbaked)

Melt chocolate and butter over low heat. Gradually add milk. Add sugar and beaten eggs and mix well. Add cornstarch and vanilla, beat well. Stir in coconut and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
