GERMAN CHOCOLATE ICE BOX PIE 
1 box German sweet chocolate
1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese
1/3 c. milk
2 tbsp. sugar
1 carton (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 prepared crumb pie shell

Heat milk and chocolate until melted. Beat sugar into cream cheese. Add milk and chocolate and mix until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour into pie shell. Freeze at least 4 hours.
