3 c. canned sweet potatoes, mashed
3/4 c. sugar (can decrease this to 1/2 c.)
1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. melted butter
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. melted butter
1/3 c. flour

In large casserole combine the sweet potatoes, sugar, milk and butter, eggs and vanilla; mix well. Combine all topping ingredients and put on top of sweet potato mixture. Cook for 12-14 minutes. Turn twice.
