DELUXE POTATO DISH 
1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash browns
1 c. chopped onions
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
1 stick butter, melted
2 c. grated cheese

Thaw hash browns for 30 minutes. Mix all ingredients. Pour into 9 x 13 pan; top with crushed potato chips. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.

Note: Can be frozen and baked later.
