POTATO DELUXE 
2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed 30 minutes
1/2 c. diced onions
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 lb. sour cream
1 stick butter, melted
8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Salt and pepper to taste
1 c. corn flakes or potato chips, if desired

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Pour into 9x13 inch baking dish. Put 1 cup crushed corn flakes or potato chips on top, if desired. Bake 1 hour.
