COCONUT POUND CAKE 
3 sticks butter
3 c. sugar
3 c. plain flour
6 eggs
1 c. evaporated milk
1 can flake coconut
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and flour alternately. Add milk, vanilla and fold in coconut. Bake in large, lightly greased tube pan, or 2 loaf pans at 300 to 350 degrees for one hour.
