COCONUT POUND CAKE 
1 stick butter
1/2 c. Crisco
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 c. sugar
6 eggs
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 pkg. frozen coconut (at room temp.)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. coconut flavoring

Blend sugar, butter, Crisco and cream cheese. Add eggs one at a time. Add coconut and dry ingredients. Add flavorings. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes in a greased and floured tube pan.
