KOREAN BEEF 
1 lb. round steak
2 tbsp. salad oil
4 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 green onion, sliced, including top
Pepper

Cut meat across the grain into very thin slices, if slices are longer than 3 inches, cut them in half. Place meat in a bowl with remaining ingredients. Mix well, cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. To cook, place ingredients in a frying pan and cook over high heat for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over rice. Serves 3.
