KOREAN BBQ BEEF 
2 lbs. thinly sliced meat (any kind of beef)
1/4 c. finely chopped green onion
2 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. cooking wine
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. accent
1/2 tsp. meat tenderizer (opt.), depends on the kind of meat purchased
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. fresh ginger root or powder
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp. toasted sesame seed
1 tbsp. toasted sesame seed oil (must be toasted)

Combine all ingredients (except sesame seed, add just before cooking), mix thoroughly. Marinate for 1 hour to 1 day (before cooking). For best results broil over hot coals or broil in the oven. Turn meat only once.

Thin strips should be cooked in 2 or 3 minutes. Steak, chicken, pork can also be used. It will take longer to cook of course. Serve with fried rice or plain rice. Serves 4 to 6 people.
