KOREAN BEEF STRIPS 
1 lb. flank or round steak, cut in very thin strips 2 inches long
2 tbsp. oil
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
Pepper to taste
1 1/2 tsp. toasted sesame seeds
1/4 tsp. crushed dry red chili peppers
1 green onion, chopped

Place meat in bowl with oil, soy sauce, garlic, vinegar, pepper, sesame seeds, red chilies, and onion. Mix well; cover and chill at least 4 hours. Stir occasionally. Stir fry in small amount of oil in hot skillet for 2 to 3 minutes. Top with black sesame seeds (Kuro Goma) and serve with rice. Serves 4.
