THICKEN STRAWBERRIES 
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. cornstarch
1/2 c. cold water
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. lemon
3/4 c. boiling water
1 qt. berries

Mix sugar and cornstarch together with cold water. Add everything else together, except berries; cook until thick. Pour over berries.
