FROZEN SLUSH FRUIT PUNCH | |
1 (#10) can or 46 oz. unsweetened pineapple juice 2 (6 oz.) cans frozen lemonade 1 (6 oz.) can frozen limeade 4 (6 oz.) cans frozen orange juice 1 to 1 1/2 c. sugar (adjust to taste) 4 liter bottles ginger ale 3 liter bottles carbonated water (white soda) 2 1/2 qts. water Food coloring (as desired) Mix juices together; add water and 1 quart carbonated water and place in 3 (5- quart) ice cream pails. Place in freezer; stir every 3-4 hours until punch becomes in slush form. A potato masher helps keep ice from forming in large pieces. Add 1 1/3 liter ginger ale and carbonated water as punch is served. If you do not want to freeze, add all carbonated liquid just prior to serving with crushed ice. Serves 35-40 people. Great make ahead punch! Wonderful for large groups! Fantastic for warm weather!! |
