TOAD IN THE HOLE 
1 egg
1 slice bread
3 tbsp. butter

Cut a circle out of the center of the bread. Fry bread in butter until brown and crisp on one side. Turn it over and break and egg into the circle. Fry over low heat about 5 minutes or until the egg is cooked. Serves 1.
