1 lb. ground beef
2 c. instant mashed potatoes
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. salt

Brown beef and onion lightly; drain off fat. Pat into greased casserole. Top with instant potatoes and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until golden brown.
