HAMBURGER PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
8 servings of instant potato buds
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
1/4 c. catsup
1 c. milk
1/2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix meat, 1 1/32 cup dry instant potatoes, egg, salt, pepper, onion, catsup, and milk. Spread in an ungreased pie pan (9 x 1 1/2 inches) and bake uncovered 35-40 minutes.

Prepare remaining instant potatoes as directed on the package for 4 servings. Top baked meatloaf with mashed potatoes and sprinkle with cheese. Bake 3-4 minutes longer or until cheese melts. This makes 4-5 servings.
