MINIATURE CHEESE CUPCAKES 
3 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
5 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
2 inch cup cupcakes

TOPPING:

1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. sugar
Maraschino cherries, cut into pieces

Cheesecakes:

1. Mix all ingredients together thoroughly.

2. Spoon into cups (1/2 full).

3. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. (Makes about 40-48.)

Topping:

1. Spoon mixture after it has been blended on top of each cheesecake.

2. Put back into oven for 5 minutes.

3. Refrigerate.
