MINIATURE CREAM CHEESE CUPCAKES 
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, at room temperature
2 lg. eggs or 3 sm.
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box vanilla wafers
1 c. cherry pie filling

Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla until smooth. Put 1 vanilla wafer in bottom of 48 miniature cupcake papers. Cover with 1 tablespoon cream cheese mixture (to cover cookie). Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Cool, add cherry filling. Refrigerate.
