1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. water
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla

Blend flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, and salt. Then add water, oil, vinegar, and vanilla; mix all together and set aside.

FILLING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 egg
1/3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
