MINIATURE CHOCOLATE CUPCAKES 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together. Pour into liners (tassie pans) 1/2 full.

PART II:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 egg
1/3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt

Cream all together. Fold in 1 (12 ounce) package chocolate bits. Put 1/2 teaspoon on top of chocolate mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees for 18-20 minutes. Do not put too much chocolate in cups at 1st and put a good teaspoon of top mixture.
