PARMESAN POTATOES 
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. dried basil, crushed
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 lg. potatoes, sliced 1/4 inch thick
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Place potato slices in single layer on cooking sheet. Brush with butter, basil, paprika, garlic powder, pepper mixture. Brush on both sides of potato slices. Broil 5 inches from heat for 8 to 10 minutes until potatoes begin to brown. Sprinkle with cheese. Broil another 4 to 6 minutes.
