PEACH COBBLER 
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. self-rising flour
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. milk
1/8 tsp. almond extract
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen, sliced peaches, thawed & drained

Melt butter in an 8 inch square baking dish. Combine flour and sugar, milk and extract; pour over butter. Do not stir. Arrange peaches on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes or until browned.
