LEIGH'S HOMEMADE PEACH COBBLER | |
2 c. biscuit and baking mix 2 c. sugar 2 c. milk 2 eggs, slightly beaten 1/4 c. butter, melted 3 c. fresh or frozen peaches (sugared down) Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Combine biscuit and baking mix and sugar in a large bowl; blend well. Add milk and eggs. Mix well, about 50 to 60 strokes. Pour batter into prepared pan. Pour melted butter evenly over surface Spoon peaches on top (DO NOT STIR). Bake 50 to 60 minutes. May use a 30 ounce can of apple pie filling instead of peaches. |
