PEACH COBBLER 
1 qt. fresh or frozen peaches, thawed
1 1/2 c. sugar mixed with 1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. lemon extract

Mix all ingredients and pour into baking dish. Top with lattice crust. Dot with butter and sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 450 degrees until slightly brown.
