PORK SNOW BIRDS 
1 1/2 lb. ground pork shoulder
1 c. uncooked rice
1 onion, chopped fine
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 pt. tomatoes
2 c. water

Mix together ground pork shoulder, uncooked rice, onion, salt and pepper; form into balls. Place in skillet, pour in tomatoes and water; simmer for two hours, keeping the skillet covered.
