LARRY BIRD STEAK 
4 tenderized sirloin steaks
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. onions, diced
1 c. peppers, sliced
1 clove garlic
1 can whole tomatoes (2 c.)
Flour
Vegetable oil
Salt and pepper

Rub flour in steaks, brown on both sides in vegetable oil (2 tablespoons). Remove steaks, add celery, onion, peppers and tomatoes, garlic salt, and pepper. Mix and simmer over heat until well blended; add 2 tablespoons of flour and stir until well mixed. Place steaks in casserole dish; cover with mixed vegetables. Cover with foil or top and bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Serves 4 people.
