PIG PICKING CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow Duncan Hines cake mix
4 eggs
3/4 c. Crisco oil
11 oz. can mandarin oranges
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
9 oz. carton Cool Whip
3 oz. pkg. instant vanilla pudding

Mix cake mix, eggs, oil and mandarin oranges, undrained, in bowl. Pour mixture into four 9-inch cake pans evenly. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-18 minutes. Cool on rack.

For icing, mix pineapple, slightly drained, Cool Whip and vanilla pudding together. Ice cooled cake between layers, top and sides. Keep in refrigerator.
