1 yellow cake mix
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges and juice

Mix all ingredients together and bake in 3 layers at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes (or bake in a sheet pan for 20-30 minutes at 325 degrees). When cool put the following icing on the cake. 1 (9 oz.) container Cool Whip 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple and juice

Add pudding mix to other ingredients and mix thoroughly. Spread over cake layers and refrigerate. This is a delicious party cake.
