1 box yellow cake mix
3/4 c. cooking oil
4 eggs
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges with juice

Mix all ingredients in order. Divide batter between three greased and floured cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.

ICING:

1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
1 lg. container Cool Whip

Mix pineapple and pudding mix and fold it into Cool Whip. Ice the three layered cake.
