MEXICAN RICE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix (1 1/2 oz.)
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 can Rotel tomatoes and green chilies, drained
2 c. cooked ice
1 tsp. salt
1 (8 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained

Cook beef drained, mix beef, taco seasoning, tomato sauce, cheese, Rotel tomatoes, rice, salt and corn. Mix well, pour into 2 quart casserole pan. Cook in oven at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
