1 Duncan Hines yellow butter cake mix
1 c. mandarin oranges with juice
5 eggs
3/4 c. oil

Mix all the above ingredients well. Bake in layers at 325 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.

ICING:

1 lg. cool whip
1 can crushed pineapple with some of the juice drained off
1 instant vanilla pudding mix

Mix all together. Do this while the cake is baking. Set in refrigerator until cake has cooled. Frost cake and refrigerate. May be frozen.
