PIG PICKING CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges and juice

Mix together and bake in 4 layers at 325 degrees for 25 minutes or until done. Layers will be thin.

FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
20 oz. can crushed pineapple
2 sm. or 1 lg. box instant vanilla pudding mix

Blend together. If the frosting is too stiff you can add a little milk if needed. Fill and frost cake.
