1 box yellow cake mix
1 can mandarin orange slices
1/2 c. Crisco oil
4 eggs
1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 box vanilla instant pudding mix (sm.)

Mix cake mix, eggs, oil and orange slices (for 2 minutes, use mixer). Separate into 3 (9 inch) cake pans and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until slightly brown. Let cool completely before frosting.

Combine Cool Whip, pineapple (pour off a little of the juice) and pudding mix and frost cake. Spread between layers and on top. Refrigerate for at least overnight.
