1 box Duncan Hines yellow deluxe cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 sm. can mandarin oranges, undrained

Beat eggs, oranges, and oil together. Add dry cake mix. Beat 2 minutes. Put in 3 cake pans. Bake at 325-350 degrees for 20 minutes.

ICING:

1 sm. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained slightly
1 lg. carton Cool Whip

Mix dry pudding and pineapple. Add Cool Whip and mix well. May add yellow food coloring to give more color to icing (to have more moist layers, dribble some of the drained pineapple juice over layers before frosting). Frost cake and refrigerate.
