SCALLOPED POTATOES | |
6 lg. potatoes 3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese 1/2 stick butter 1/2 c. milk Peel potatoes. Slice and cook in salted water for 15 minutes or until done; drain. Place potatoes in baking dish. Melt cheese, butter and milk in saucepan. Pour over potatoes. Bake in a 325 degree oven for 30 minutes or until light brown on top. |
