9 c. potatoes, cooked
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1/2 c. onion
1 1/2 c. salad dressing (not mayo)

Mix together and put in crockpot on low all day or bake at 375°F for 1 hour. Can add bacon or ham.
