"CHEESY" SCALLOPED POTATOES 
1 1/2 lbs. potatoes
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. grated Longhorn cheddar cheese
1/3 c. plus 1 tbsp. water
Butter
Paprika

Peel and thinly slice potatoes; arrange in greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Blend and warm in a saucepan soup, cheese and water and pour over potatoes. Dot with butter; sprinkle with paprika. Bake in 325 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours or until tender. Yield: about 6 servings.
