DR. BOKAT'S SWEET AND SOUR PORK 
Roast pork
3 eggs
Garlic powder to taste
Wondra flour
1 1/2 c. vinegar
1 1/2 c. pineapple juice
2 c. brown sugar
4 tbsp. cornstarch
1 green pepper, chopped

Cut roast pork into 3/4" cubes. Beat eggs with garlic powder. Mash meat into beaten eggs. Coat with Wondra flour and fry 8 to 10 minutes each side, drain and keep warm. Stir cornstarch into pineapple juice and thicken on stove. To this add vinegar and sugar. Cook until thick. Add pepper, cook until soft. Add meat. Serve with rice.
