1 med. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. honey or brown sugar
4 tbsp. lemon juice or 2 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. catsup
1/2 c. water
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper

Brown onion lightly in butter. Add other ingredients and simmer. Good on chicken wings.
