DR. DICK'S MEAT LOAF 
2 lbs. veal, ground up
1 lb. pork, ground up
1 egg
3 slices bread (white)
Little sage
1 onion, chopped
Salt and pepper

Pour cold water over bread. Add to meat and add to other ingredients. Bake 1 1/2 hours in slow oven. You can use ground beef instead of veal and pork.
