DR. SYED'S CHICKEN 
1 skinless chicken or 1 kilo chicken pieces
4 to 5 tomatoes, cut in sm. pieces
2 tsp. garlic & ginger, chopped
3/4 tsp. dry red pepper powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Oil
Green pepper (Jalapeno)
Cilantro

Put some oil in a pot over medium to medium-high level of heat. Then add garlic and ginger in it. Then put chicken pieces in and stir-fry for 15 to 20 minutes. Add salt and red pepper powder. Then add tomatoes in the pot, cover it and cook for 1/2 an hour until most of water is cooked down. Now your dish is ready for more flavor and good smell. Add cut leaves of cilantro and green fresh pepper. May be served with white rice or in pita bread.
