1 lb. hamburg
1/3 c. chili sauce
1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 1/2 tsp. horseradish
1 tsp. minced onion
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
Hamburg rolls

Combine all ingredients, except rolls. Spread roll with meat mixture. Place under broiler. Brush with melted butter. Broil 5-7 inches from heat for 10 minutes or until thoroughly coated.
