BANANA MUFFINS/BREAD | |
1 c. sugar 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 c. mashed ripe banana (about 2 bananas) 2 eggs 2 c. Bisquick 1/2 c. chopped nuts, optional Cream together sugar and cream cheese. Beat in eggs and bananas. Add Bisquick and nuts, stir until dry ingredients are moistened. For banana bread bake in greased loaf pan at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes. For muffins bake in cupcake tin with paper baking cups at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 1 loaf or 2 dozen muffins. |
