MEXICAN SALAD | |
1 lg. head lettuce 1 lg. Wisconsin cheese, grated 1 (15 oz.) can Ranch style beans, chilled 2 fresh tomatoes, diced 1/2 onion, chopped fine 3/4 bottle Kraft Catalina dressing, chilled 1 lg. pkg. Fritos, crushed Prepare lettuce as for any tossed salad. Drain and wash chilled beans and add these, the tomatoes, onions, cheese, and dressing. Chill for 30 minutes or an hour before serving. Fritos are added and mixed well immediately before serving. Serves 12. |
