"PORCUPINE" MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. uncooked reg. rice
1 1/2 c. water
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Melt 2 tablespoons shortening in large skillet. Brown meatballs, drain off fat. Stir together remaining ingredients. Pour over meatballs, reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 45 minutes. Before cooking mix rice and hamburger together and onions.
