Round steak, sliced thin
Italian bread crumbs
1 egg
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Mix together egg, garlic, salt and pepper; add a little water to egg mixture. Cut steak in pieces; dip in egg mixture and then in bread crumbs. Fry in hot Crisco (enough to almost cover). They do not take long to fry; turn and cook on other side.
