SWISS STEAK, ITALIAN STYLE 
1 lb. round steak, cut into pieces
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. chopped onions
2 (15 oz.) cans size marinara sauce
1/2 c. red wine or water
2 c. sliced celery
1 c. green pepper strips
1 pkg. egg noodles

Dredge steak in mixture of flour, salt, and pepper. Brown in hot oil. Stir in onions and saute. Add marinara sauce and wine, bring to a boil. Add celery and green peppers. Simmer, covered, 45 minutes. Prepare noodles as directed on package. Serve over noodles.
